Pavel Titov

President of Business Russia, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abrau-Durso OJSC

Pavel Titov was born in Moscow in 1984.

He graduated the Cass Business School in London with a degree in Banking and International Finance.

Since 2005 till 2007, Pavel Titov worked at Merrill Lynсh, where he was involved in M&A transactions in Russia and the CIS countries.

In 2007, he moved to ABN AMRO Bank where he worked in the Debt Markets Department. Following the RBS takeover of ABN AMRO, he became Director of the Debt Markets and Structured Finance Division for the CIS.

In 2009, he left the financial sector and started working as CFO and treasurer of the SVL Group. Over time, he took on the role of Director of Investment and Strategy at Abrau-Durso and led the company’s foreign projects.

Since June 2012, he has headed the Board of Directors of Abrau-Durso OJSC.

Since 2015, he has been the President of Abrau-Durso OJSC.

According to Nielsen, during his work at Abrau-Durso, the company became the largest among Russian wine companies in terms of revenue. According to the data for 2018, the group's revenue (excluding excise taxes) amounted to a record 7.661 billion rubles.

Pavel Titov is a Russian Government Prize Laureate in the field of tourism for creating the project of opening the Abrau-Durso Tourism Center in Krasnodar Krai. Under his leadership, the number of visitors to the Tourism Center has grown to 250,000 people a year.

He is fond of martial arts. In 2017, he acquired a chain of martial arts clubs Varyag.

In April 2019, Pavel Titov was named among the top 100 young leaders of the Russian economy according to the Choiseul 100 Russia ranking, carried out by the independent French think-tank Institut Choiseul.

In October 2019, he was elected as the President of Business Russia.

Pavel Titov is married and has three children.
